After completion of engineering and software creation, the software parts are checked. This happen in a virtual test environment in which the system can be replicated as a whole or partially. These VIBN results are directly transferable to the system and are an important step for a quick commissioning on site at the final customer. Due to the VIBN of the individual components, a quick commissioning of the complete system can be achieved.
However, this only works if the mechanical and electrical assembly and commissioning of the individual trades and ultimately the commissioning of the combined works also cross-functional and is coordinated as a whole.
